Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC

 Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday, and they usually ship within 1 to 2 business days unless stated otherwise. If you place an order after 12 pm EST on Thursday, it will be shipped out the following Monday, excluding holidays.


With standard US Postal Service shipping, orders delivered within the continental US typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days after being shipped. If you opt for expedited shipping via UPS, you can expect delivery within 72 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Please note that due to COVID-19 and the high volume of packages during the holiday season, shipping delays are happening nationwide. We use UPS and USPS for standard shipping, and both carriers are experiencing delays of up to 3 weeks for package deliveries. If you need your order to arrive sooner, we recommend selecting expedited shipping.


 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

International shipping rates for orders will vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday, and they usually ship within 1 to 2 business days unless stated otherwise. If you place an order after 12 pm EST on Thursday, it will be shipped out the following Monday, excluding US holidays.

All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday, excluding US holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order.

Delivery is approximately 5-14 business days after the time of shipment.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

Additional customs charges may apply upon delivery based on your countries policies. Unfortunately those charges are out of our control. 

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, and fees which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Delivery will be made by a local carrier.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed before 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following US Federal holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.

  • Washington’s Birthday

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth 

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order, copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier’s website to view its status.
